Diary: After So Long | Bethany

Hello everyone! It's definitely been a while since I've sat down in the comfort of my pyjamas just talking and ranting about stuff. To be honest, there wasn't a particular reason why the 'Diary' posts stopped - I just didn't know how or what to write because honestly, I'm a boring person that has nothing exciting to share. So you're now probably wondering what's this....well it's a diary post because it's only logical to do so after saying what I just did a few sentences ago. Enjoy :D

I'm not sure what it is but maybe the 'Examination Season' is still a little engraved in me - cause as I speak now, I still feel SUPER guilty as I'm obviously not studying - which shouldn't actually matter cause I'm done for now. To some people, this may sound odd and I personally can't believe I'm saying this either but I miss studying?

I know next year, or in the future when I reread these posts I'd wanna kick myself for being so silly to actually want to study but I can't help it! (I'm such a disappointment to the future Beths, I know.)

This is probably a stage in my life where I'm super messed up and yeah, I'll admit it. My life feels super cluttered but I'm appreciating every moment though cause YOLO (Sarah, are you proud that I'm using this correctly?).

According to Sarah, YOLO's should not be used in the following situation:

So now you get a glimpse of what and how Sarah's logic works. (P/S: She messaged me as soon as she saw this and questioned if I was being serious.)

I swear a huge moth just flew right across me and it is now panicking about being in my living room as much as me panicking that it's in here. SOMEONE SAVE ME.
If you guys aren't very aware, I'm not the biggest K-Pop fan around but 'ya know, when your two best friends are huge K-Pop fans, their influences seem to rub off you. I'm not saying that I miraculously turned into a hard core K-Pop fan overnight but I think I know more about K-Pop than the average Non-K-Pop fan(s).

So with that said, I guess you can say I'm waiting for a few K-Dramas to end so I can begin. If you're questioning the logic to that, well my friend; I dislike waiting, anticipations and cliff hangers so I prefer to watch stuff when everything is laid out on the table.

Last week, I've managed to finish the drama 'W-Two Worlds' (I began the marathon on Thursday night and finished it on Saturday morning - so you can take it as 2 or 3 days). P/S: That show gained 4 out of 5 thumbs up from me (Ally and Sarah might know the reason why it's 4/5 but I'd rather not say it. Nothing about the storyline is bad heh.)

Right now I'm halfway through 'Love in the Moonlight' and if there's any big fanatics out there over this show or Park Bo Gum's fans, in particular - I'm sorry but I find his face laughable - like his emotions in the show is so on point and funny. Most people says he's cute/hot (Hint: Elaine) but I just find him comedic. I'm sorry. Don't kill me.

Another show that's on my waiting list is 'Scarlet Heart: Ryeo' (I think that's the title) but I haven't began the mini-marathon yet cause the show has yet to end. I've heard tons of positive reviews about it mainly from my circle of friends who've watched the show so I'm hoping it's as good as they say!

But then again, what's there to lose other than a couple of hours - or days, am I right.

I guess that's it for my little rant. I think it's a nice way to relieve my inner thoughts and I might do this more often! (This is the first time I included so much Korean related stuff in my post!). Also - lol I learned how to write and read in Korean (Thanks to Sarah, Z and Elaine). That doesn't mean I understand Korean though cause I have no clue.

But until next time!

xoxo,
Bethany
(Wow, it's been so long since I've signed off)

P/P/S: Wow I just realized, exactly 1 year ago today, I posted my FIRST ever diary post. What a coincidence 😆😆😆
